Hello! My name is Helen O’Connor and I’m a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) facilitator (certified by Integrative Breath) and Integrative Forest Therapist (certified by Nadur and ‘Mind’ Hillingdon). I work in Nidderdale – an area of outstanding natural beauty just outside of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I am passionate about weaving in the science to support the beautiful wholeness of our journey through life.

My degree in psychology and biology, extensive training and experience as a HCPC registered Forensic Psychologist, and my own personal life experiences and journey, has allowed me to delve into the evidence of what works to help those who are feeling stuck in life, have experienced trauma or difficulties, or who want to release emotion in the body that is standing in the way of the magic of presence. I strongly believe that ‘the body keeps the score’, and in the immense power of Conscious Connected Breathwork in helping empower individuals to move fully into their body and flow with that which needs to be witnessed with love, and released.

I offer both in-person and online group and 1:1 sessions, including Conscious Connected Breathwork, forest therapy/forest bathing, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I love to weave together these modalities to create space for connecting deeply to what is within and around us in the present moment. If you have a special event and would like to book an experience, then please get in touch. http://www.seedofcompassion.uk
