We offer a range of options to support you on your wellness journey.
We have half day retreats called ‘Just Be Time’. This offers you a chance to unwind from 9-12:30pm or 1:30-5pm. This includes a treatment of choice, use of all wellness areas, refreshments and time for relaxation.
Full day retreats run from 9-4pm with the first focus group usually beginning at 9:30, giving you time to arrive fully with a welcome cup of tea. The retreat days often include use of wellness facilities. We provide towels and robes but please feel free to bring swim wear, slippers or cosy socks as we are a shoe free environment. You will be given snacks and a plant powered lunch.
Examples of our Retreat days include:
Seasonal Elemental Retreat – a day with Katie and Lucy embracing the season. Includes a cacao and sacred sound ceremony, a seasonal craft, a revitalising dip in a cold tub and the heat facilities. There is one each season – 2025 dates are 26th March, 25th June, 26th September and 12th December.
‘Yoga and Sound Retreat’ – a day retreat that includes yoga session with Julie Cooper, a fresh juice and snack, a healing gong therapy session, a plant powered lunch and an afternoon of relaxation with the heat facilities. Treatments can also be booked on this day.
‘Whole Health Retreat Day’ – this day begins with Helen O’connor guiding you through mindful practices. Then there is a juicing demo in the kitchen and an introduction to a little nutrition with Sarah (our plant based chef). Katie will then hold space for a discussion around ideas of holistic health and tools to take away. After A plant based lunch, the afternoon is yours to be nurtured and invigorated by hot and cold therapies and a 30 minute treatment with one of our wonderful therapies. 2025 dates include 15th January, 7th February, 28th March, 25th April, 7th May, 4th June, 24th September, 8th October, 19th November and 5th December. OVERNIGHT retreats are available.
Nourish to Flourish 3 night retreat includes – cacao, sound, ceremony, nature walks, breathwork, meditation, sauna and steam, holistic therapies, homemade products class, yoga and gong. Dates for 2025 3-6th March or 29th September-2nd October.
‘Ultimate Chill Retreat’ with Julie Cooper which includes yoga, gong, relaxation, plant based meals, luxurious sleep spaces, optional treatments and walks to the natural wonders of Brimham Rocks.
Bespoke retreats or exclusive use is also available. We can organise a day for you to encompass whatever you would like such as yoga, mindfulness, chakra work, oils class, herbal exploration or sound healing. We endeavour to make your events as personalised and as special as possible. We love hosting special birthdays, team work events or holistic hen groups.
