It is a systematic approach to learning this new skill and there are opportunities for everyone to share their experiences of the practices with the group if they want to. The groups are always very friendly (max. 10 participants) and supportive providing a safe place to practice, learn and gain valuable insights. There are session hand-outs and audios for home-practice and you are expected to practice Mindfulness practices most days for the duration of the course. The hand-outs form the MBLC manual which can be used as a future reference and guide.
The course is held around the beautiful Acorn Table and in the Lotus Studio. We also use the garden for some of the outdoor practices. Wonderful spaces to explore inner peace.
