Nikki is a compassionate and intuitive therapist with a passion for supporting women and their health and wellbeing. 

She fell in love with reflexology when she received regular treatments through a workplace wellbeing scheme, she was always amazed at how relaxing reflexology was, making her feel rebalanced and restored. 

Nikki is on a personal pursuit of wellness, she loves learning about health, healing, and wholeness. She is especially interested in the menopause journey, self-compassion, stress and the autonomic nervous system, detoxing and lymphatic health, connecting to nature and to each other

Nikki offers a targeted Reflexology treatment for Peri & Menopause. This focused reflexology treatment is a natural way women can ease stress, balance hormones, reduce hot flushes, lower anxiety, improve mood and sleep. This targeted treatment uses immersive and restorative reflexology techniques to help you to feel, nurture, and build your natural vitality, improving health and encouraging the body’s own healing processes. Bringing you back into your body, generating a feeling of being centred and grounded.

Nikki also offers classical reflexology, a deeply relaxing treatment to those looking for a natural therapy to help rebalance and restore the body, it is suitable for people of all ages and for each person the effects are unique. It is considered as one of the most powerful complementary therapies in the UK.

Nikki initially trained at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney where she attained a diploma in remedial massage and complementary therapies. More recently training at the NHS Natural Health School in Harrogate, Nikki achieved a Distinction in the ITEC Level 3 diploma in reflexology, aromatherapy, and holistic massage. Nikki was keen to gain specialist training for supporting women’s health with reflexology. She undertook post graduate training with Hagar Basis (Reflexology Academy London) in focused techniques for supporting women’s health.

Following a difficult period of ill health, understanding first hand, how complementary therapies and had helped greatly with both physical and emotional healing and recovery, she wanted to support others on their healing journey. Nikki is proud to support Wheatfields Sue Ryder Hospice where she volunteers as a complementary therapist, supporting patients and staff with reflexology, aromatherapy massage and gentle touch therapy.

Nikki is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. This means she has met the strictest standards of reflexology practice and is committed to continually developing her skills and knowledge, together with agreeing to abide by the association’s code of practice and ethics.
