- Finely sliced onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 can coconut milk
- 300g water
- 1 stock cube
- 1/2 cup lentils
- Sauté the onions and garlic in a little water with the vegetable stock for 3-4 minutes.
- Add all the other ingredients apart from the coconut milk and boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the coconut oil and blend until smooth.
