• Finely sliced onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 300g water
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1/2 cup lentils

  • Sauté the onions and garlic in a little water with the vegetable stock for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add all the other ingredients apart from the coconut milk and boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add the coconut oil and blend until smooth.
