Plant Based Cooking Workshops
We are so incredibly lucky to have the inspiration of vegan chef, Sarah Wheelhouse. Once a month, Sarah offers an opportunity to breathe new life into your kitchen and recipes. If you are looking to increase the plants in your weekly menu, this is a wonderful opportunity to gather ideas and tips for creating easy, tasty, nutrient dense food.
Sacred Sound Ceremonies
Katie offers an opportunity to sit within the collective energies of the lotus studio, held by the ancient medicine of cacao and awakened by divine mantras. The are two sessions every 6 weeks, one on a Wednesday evening and the other on a Tuesday morning. Everyone is welcome and no experience or ‘good’ voice necessary.
Sound and Breathwork
Helen and Tiff have woven together a morning of deep restoration through the healing powers of conscious connected breath and the soothing tones of a sound bowl ceremony. These are once a month.
Moon Ceremonies
Tiff hosts these for both the new and the full moon – a magical opportunity to connect to natures rhythms and to give time to honour them, using them to their full potential. Cacao is served before laying down and receiving the resonance of the drum and crystal bowl therapy. Tiff shares wisdom on the particular moon cycle and offers the chance to create affirmations and manifestations. When the weather allows, the evening is often started around the firepit outside

Seasonal Qi Flow with Yeun
A seasonal journey with a reflective morning of Qigong, breathwork, Facial Gua Sha, and acupressure—designed to help you align with the season’s element and its invitation to let go and renew. By working with facial meridians connected to season , we gently support whole-body Qi flow — encouraging lymphatic release, emotional clarity and inner radiance.
Earthpath Drumming
Jane & Helen host an evening of drumming and cacao in the beautiful grounds of the Acorn Wellness Retreat. It begins outside gathered around the Firepit for a heart opening Cacao ceremony. This is followed by a Fire ceremony & Drumming before moving into the lotus studio to close the evening with a guided meditation. When we come together to drum magic happens!
Fasting Workshop
Fasting has become a rising star in the world of wellness, but with so much information out there, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed—or even misled.Without a full understanding, what starts as a health journey can sometimes veer into unsafe territory.This workshop is an invitation to step into clarity and confidence.Together, we’ll explore how to nurture your body and hormones through a fasting lifestyle that honours your unique rhythm.Guided by me, Sarah Wilkinson, a Skin and Cellular Health Practitioner and certified Fast Like a Girl mentor, we’ll dive into the art and science of fasting. Drawing from the wisdom of my mentor, Dr. Mindy Pelz—author of Fast Like a Girl, The Menopause Reset, and Eat Like a Girl—I’ll share practical tools and thoughtful guidance to support you in feeling empowered and in control of your health.This isn’t about rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about creating a lifestyle that flows naturally with your body, your needs, and your life stage. You’ll leave feeling inspired, informed, and ready to approach fasting with grace and balance.I can’t wait to share this sacred space with you. Human Design
Join Lena for this practical and insightful workshop if you would like to learn about yourself and your energetic makeup through the lens of Human Design. Human Design is a self-discovery system of your energy. It combines the ancient wisdom of astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah, chakras and modern science to create your unique energetic blueprint. It will be a very hands-on session as you will have an opportunity to look at your own chart. This map of your energy centres and flow will be your guide to understanding how your energy engages with the world and how best to harness it.
From your chart you will find out the key information about:
- How to be more aligned with your energy and your body;
- How you are designed to operate in this world; what lights you up and drains your energy;
- How to make things happen your way;
- How to channel your gifts for self-expression, work, relationships, family and more;
- Parts of your Human Design chart: your type, strategy, and energy centres.
This workshop will not only provide you with self-knowledge, it will give you a chance to look at yourself without lenses and take a fresh new perspective. As one of the previous participants put it: “What stood out to me the most was how Lena encouraged us to explore different perspectives about ourselves. She prompted us to reflect on important questions like “How do I work?” and “Why do I react the way I do?” This has truly sparked a journey of self-discovery for me.”
You will walk away with some practical examples of how this awareness can empower you and help living your life feeling aligned and lit up from within.
Flow into Feeling
A one-hour practice guided by intuition and presence. We weave together elements of Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra to respond to the energy in the room and the deeper needs beneath the surface. This is a space to move, soften, and listen – to reconnect with the quiet wisdom of the body and the stillness of spirit. Each class becomes its own exploration, where movement becomes medicine and rest becomes a remembering.
Mindful Masters – Mindfulness sessions for kids aged 6-12
Welcome to a space where your child can grow their self-awareness, resilience, and inner balance. Through fun, engaging mindfulness practices and games, children will learn to connect with their body (senses), thoughts, and emotions, helping them understand themselves better, regulate their feelings, and express themselves more freely.
As Jon Kabat-Zinn wisely said, “Mindfulness is a way of becoming friends with ourselves and our experiences.”
No matter what challenges life brings, every child can develop a more balanced emotional life and become more confident, independent, and mentally balanced.
We use games, movement, breathing techniques, music, meditations, creative activities, and crafts to help kids explore their thoughts and feelings, learn to regulate them, tap into their creativity, and feel more positive and empowered.
Yoga for Cancer
Certified through CUFitter as an Oncology Physical Trainer in addition to 8 years experience of teaching yoga, Aimee offers a yoga practice to those who have a diagnosis of, or are affected by cancer. The sessions will encompass the fundamentals of a Yoga practice including pranayama, asana and relaxation but will also be a specific practice for those affected by cancer to modify, and offer a more therapeutic approach.
