- 2tbsp non dairy butter (we use biona sunflower spread)
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 3tbsp maple syrup
- 50g of sugavida/coconut sugar
- Melt gently together then add 300g oats, stir and push into a tin with liner.
- Cook on 180c for around 20-25 mins.
- Leave to set and cool before slicing.
- Can add a drizzle of dark chocolate.
- You could also add all sorts, such as apple purée, raisins, cinnamon, the choice is yours.
