• 2tbsp non dairy butter (we use biona sunflower spread)
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g of sugavida/coconut sugar

  1. Melt gently together then add 300g oats, stir and push into a tin with liner.
  2. Cook on 180c for around 20-25 mins.
  3. Leave to set and cool before slicing.
  4. Can add a drizzle of dark chocolate.
  5. You could also add all sorts, such as apple purée, raisins, cinnamon, the choice is yours.
