Prep- square tin with baking paper
200g Bar of creamed coconut
6 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
150g desiccated coconut
200g dark chocolate


Mix above ingredients in a bowl 2-4 tbsp of water if needed

Stir in the desiccated coconut

Set in the fridge for 15 minutes

Place in freezer

Then pour on the dark chocolate
