- 600g cooked and peeled beetroot roughly chopped
- 1 orange peeled with pips removed
- 150g ground almonds (or activate whole almonds by soaking)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1tbsp tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp salt Cracked black pepper
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
